Liz Meade

Liz Meade Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Oncology in Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.

I trained as a general nurse in Ardkeen Waterford in 1989 and then went on to work in St Lukes Hospital in Rathgar for 7 years where I gained valuable experience and a love for oncology. I completed my Masters in Nursing Advanced Practice in 2005 and was accredited as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in 2007 and have been working in this role since. I am currently undertaking the MSc in Cancer Survivorship in Trinity College Dublin.

I am committed to improving the care provided to patients as they move along their cancer journey particularly in survivorship care.
