Dr Hazel O’Sullivan

Dr Hazel O’Sullivan is a consultant medical oncologist at Cork University Hospital. She graduated from University College Cork (UCC) medical school in 2012 and undertook basic and higher specialist training in Ireland. Dr O’Sullivan subsequently completed fellowships in oncogenetics, gynae-oncology and thoracic oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London. In 2023 she was appointed to Cork University Hospital medical oncology department where she leads the cancer predisposition service. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Trials and a Postgraduate Certificate in Cancer Genetics. She is a clinical trial principal investigator with UCC Cancer Trials Group and a Clinical Senior Lecturer in the Medical School of UCC.
