Dr Sarah Lochrin
Sarah Lochrin is currently an advanced fellow in medical oncology in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York specializing in melanoma and thoracic malignancies.
Sarah graduated from Trinity College Dublin Medical School and completed Internal Medicine training in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and Mayo Clinic Arizona. Following this she undertook a research fellowship in Dr W.D. Figg’s Lab in the National Cancer Institute, NIH, Bethesda. Subsequently, Sarah completed specialist Medical Oncology training through the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and was awarded the inaugural Tomás Lyons Advanced Fellowship at MSKCC.
Her research is focused on biomarkers of response to neoadjuvant immunotherapy, PD-1 resistant melanoma, and melanoma brain metastases.
