Dr Marvin Lim

Dr Marvin Lim Chang Jui is a medical oncologist and clinician-scientist based in Beacon Hospital, Dublin. He graduated in Medicine from Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and completed his PhD at TCD in 2023, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of treatment resistance in advanced prostate cancer. His clinical and translational research explores how non-coding RNAs, particularly circular RNAs, contribute to enzalutamide resistance in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.

Dr Lim’s work integrates molecular biology, biomarker discovery, and clinical oncology to elucidate resistance mechanisms and identify predictive markers of therapeutic response. Dr Lim has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed publications in journals such as Cancers, Diagnostics, and Scientific Reports, advancing understanding of prostate cancer biology and biomarker development.
